Introduction on how to use Hard Disk Copy device:

A powerful feature of S2BP is that even without a PC, it can copy the contents of one hard disk to another hard disk. After five seconds pressing the backup key, the device will run a hard disk diskcopy function between the two hard drives. Hard disk Diskcopy is from SATA1 source hard disk to the destination hard disk, copy function is only in one direction, diskcopy cannot be from destination to source. Source hard disk data that includes operating system, drivers, files or folders, music or video files, all of the hard disk data, will be copied as is to the destination drive. During the diskcopy process, LED will be flashing, once the LED stop flashing, diskcopy process has been completed.

With this feature, whether you are in the advertising industry, video editing personnel, a photography enthusiast, or perhaps you are a High Definition movie lovers, and perhaps you are an insane BT downloader, you can easily back up, share your data, with friends and colleagues. There is no need for a computer, you only need to connect a large capacity hard disk, start the hard disk diskcopy process. After chatting for about a day then you can take away all the information you need!


Hard Disk Diskcopy important notes:

1.Destination drive size must either be equal or greater than the source drive. Since it is hard disk diskcopy, the whole hard drives contents are copied.

2.On the start of the diskcopy process, the destination hard drive contents will be lost due to formatting, please backup the data of the destination drive before starting the diskcopy process.

3.Hard disk to Hard disk copying might take quite some time, please be patient, do not remove power or remove the hard disk while the LEDs are still flashing.

4.The time needed for a complete hard disk diskcopy varies with the source drive size and does not have anything to do with the source drive data file sizes. If the source drive size is 200G, then as per SATA2 diskcopy speed of 60M/S (3200M/Minute), then it will take about 62.5 minutes to complete a hard disk copy of a 200G source drive. Formula is 200000/3200 = 62.5 minutes.

5.Hard disk to hard disk copy does not need a computer and there is no need for a USB or eSATA cable. After connecting power source, the source and destination hard disk, just press the backup key and after 5 seconds, hard disk diskcopy will start.
